Top Ten Words/Topics That Instantly Make Me Buy/Pick Up A Book
1. Fairy tale retellings
I love almost anything related to fairy tales so as soon as I find out a book is a retelling of one I almost always want to read it!

2. Spies
I love Ally Carters Gallagher Girls series, But I have not found another spy series I love... yet. That does not keep me from trying though.

 3. Boarding schools
I don't know what it is, but I used to love boarding schools books. Not as much now but it sometimes still makes me want to read the book if it is set at a boarding school.

4. London
Well, really any books that take place out of the country. But London seems to be the country I read about the most.

5. The Beach
 No explanation needed!

6.Sleuthing
Nancy Drew made me love books about mysteries and is something I still love.

7. Summer Camp
I've never been to camp. I love books set there though! Has anyone else read the Camp Confidential series by Melissa J. Morgan? It used to be my favorite.

8. Horses
Horse are so beautiful and I love to read books set at ranches and stables and any place horses are!

9. Princesses
I so wanted to be a princess when I was little. I still do!

10. Castles
Okay this kind of goes with the last one. I love castles and books set in them are so much fun!

Review: The Adventures of Superhero Girl

The Adventures of Superhero Girl By Faith Erin Hicks

Review:

This is a really fun graphic novel! It is a collection of comic strips by the artist and they are pretty funny. They really made me laugh! The book is a really quick read, I read it in one evening.  I was a little hesitant for some reason because I did not think I would like it but I did. The authors art style I like. It looks unique to me. The only other book I have read by her is Friends with Boys and I liked it and recommend it also. I think you should read this book!

I checked this book out from my local library
