Top Ten Nancy Drew Books I Want to Read and Reread

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish blog

I love Nancy Drew books! (Not to mention the games!) And even though I have read a lot of them, there are many, many, many, I have never read. Did you know there are are 64 original books, 111 of the ones that followed after them, 124 Nancy Drew Files, 36 Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys Super Mysteries (Then 4 of the new Super Mysteries.), 69 of the Notebooks, 25 Nancy Drew On Campus, and 47 of Girl Detective. That's 480 books! Not to even mention The Nancy Drew Diaries (10+), the Nancy Drew Graphic Novels (21+), and Nancy Drew and The Clue Crew books (39+), which are still releasing new books! :)

That's why I thought it might be fun this freebie TTT to list ten Nancy Drew books that I either want to read or reread eventually! :)

Top Ten Nancy Drew Books I Want to Read and Reread

This is going to be a reread! This was the first Nancy Drew book I ever read (Except for a few of the beginner reader ND Notebooks), and it's what first made me LOVE the ND books! It also began my love of mysteries! :)

I have never read this book, but the game of the same name is loosely based on it (At least I think it is.). And being that this game is one of my favorites (And the first ND game I ever won!), I need to read this book! :)

This Nancy Drew File sounds interesting! :)

The whole summary for this book sounds good! :)

I love the Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys super mysteries, and I have never read this particular book! :)

Another of the super mysteries I have never read, but it looks good! :)

I like the idea of this book! :)

Another book that a I think a game was loosely based on, that looks good! :)

I love horse books, which means I have to read this book! :)

This book hasn't released yet, but I'm looking forward to it! :)

Do you like Nancy Drew books? :)

  1. I don't think I've read a single Nancy Drew book. But I *really* want too... just because they're - in their own way, classics. :)

  2. Have you read any of the Nancy Drew graphic novels? I have read a couple and they are so cute! My mom is a big mystery reader and loved Nancy Drew as a kid and she is totally hooked on the graphic novels. They are such a quick and fun read. This post has put me in the mood to reread a Nancy Drew novel now!
