Waiting on Wednesday: Ask Again Later

Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Breaking the Spine blog

This Wednesday I'm Waiting on: Ask Again Later by Liz Czukas

Despite what her name might suggest, Heart has zero interest in complicated romance. So when her brilliant plan to go to prom with a group of friends is disrupted by two surprise invites, Heart knows there's only one drama-free solution: flip a coin.

Heads: The jock. He might spend all night staring at his ex or throw up in the limo, but how bad can her brother's best friend really be?

Tails: The theater geek...with a secret. What could be better than a guy who shares all Heart's interests--even if he wants to share all his feelings?

Heart's simple coin flip has somehow given her the chance to live out both dates. But where her prom night ends up might be the most surprising thing of all...

My Mom and I FINALLY went to the theater and saw Frozen this past week and... I may be a bit obsessed. I've listened to the soundtrack a lot! I am humming Let it Go to myself almost all the time now, and that means I just had to pick it this week for Marvelous Musical Friday! :)

Two Mini Reviews: The Sasquatch Escape and The Toilet Paper Tigers

I apparently had written his awhile ago and never posted it, I'm don't really know why... But here it is now! :)

The Toilet Paper Tigers by Gordan Korman

This is not the cover that I read,
but I decided to put the
newer cover of it instead.
Gordan Korman was one of my favorite authors when I was younger, but I haven't read a book of his in awhile. I saw someone mention this book recently and realized I had never read this book of his and decided to check and see if the library had it! They did, I put it on hold, and read it! I really enjoyed reading this book! It was entertaining ! The characters were fun and I liked that while each chapter was connected, they were more individual stories of the team. I definitely recommend this book! And I'm going to try and read some of his newer books now!

The Sasquatch Escape by Suzanne Selfors

The illustrations in
this book are really fun!
This was a fun and quick read! I love the illustrations in it! I love the idea of the book. I think all the creatures were fun and I'm looking forward to the next one! I will definitely check into the next book in the series when it releases! You should really try reading it, it was fun!

I checked both of these books out at my local library.

Favorite Book Boyfriends

Last month on twitter, I asked if anyone would be willing to write a paragraph about their favorite book boyfriend for a Valentines Day post. The two bloggers below were kind enough to agree to!

Her: Twitter and Blog.

Cal from Read Books and Live Green picked:
As her first Book Boyfriend,
Ned Nickerson from Nancy Drew by Carolyn Keene!

Her: Twitter and Blog.

And I wanted to list my favorite one (or two!), too, I picked:
Vane from Let the Sky Fall by Shannon Messenger!

Ty from Heartland by Lauren Brooke!

I haven't read all of the books they mentioned, but after reading their thoughts on them, I think I might try them! I just wanted to write thank you again to both the bloggers who wrote the paragraphs! THANK YOU!!!!!!! :)

Do any of you have favorite book boyfriends? Tell me!

Waiting on Wednesday: How to Outrun a Crocodile When Your Shoes Are Untied

Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Breaking the Spine

This Wednesday I'm Waiting on: How to Outrun a Crocodile When Your Shoes Are Untied by Jess Keating

What would middle school be like if you lived in a zoo?

Ana didn't ask to be named after an anaconda. She didn't ask for zoologist parents who look like safari guides. And she definitely didn't ask for a twin brother whose life goal seems to be terrorizing her with his pet reptiles. Now, to make matters worse, her parents have decided to move the whole family INTO the zoo! All of which gives the Sneerers (the clan of carnivorous female predators in her class) more ammunition to make her life miserable-and squash any hope of class tennis stud, Zack, falling in love with her. Ana tries to channel her inner chameleon and fade into the background, but things are changing too quickly for her to keep up.

I love the plot of this book! Animals are amazing and a book set partially in a zoo looks like fun!

This book releases June 1st 2014!

Top Ten Books That Will Make You Swoon

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish blog

Even after listing fifteen books I feel like I forgot to mention a lot of them!

Top Ten  Fifteen Books That Will Make You Swoon

Love this book! :)

If you've read this book, then you know it's an obvious one to list! :)

Very fun and good book! :)

It's been awhile, but I remember liking it a lot! :)

Love this one! :)

I really like Vane! :)

This one only has one volume left, and I'm looking forward to it a lot! <3 :)

This Manga. <3

These GN's are just amazing! :)

This Manga just gets better with every volume of it! The swoons are <3! :)

The swoons really don't begin to happen until later volumes in it, but every one is good! :)

Even though the rest of the volumes never got printed over here, Vol. 1 and 2 are full of swoon worthy moments!

People don't mention the swoon worthy moments in this book very often, but they are there! :)

Uh-huh! :)

Love! :)

What books are on your TTT? :)
